Havana House 2011 Cigar Cruise
I would like to thank you for inviting me to a wonderful evening yesterday, one I thoroughly enjoyed, I thought the whole event was a great success, good food, drink, cigars and atmosphere, even the rain stayed away. The thing which was very impressive was the Flamenco music and dancers, a great find.

Havana house has without doubt the best range of hand rolled cigars outside London,as soon as you walk throught the door you are transported to Cuba, the humidor is not too big and not too small it contains a huge range of Cuban and non cuban cigars.Also the shop has an outstanding rainge of spirits that accompany any cigar [my personal favourites being Pampero rum and Auchentoshan whisky] there is also a huge range of humidors,lighters,cutters and shaving accessories, it truly is a cigar smokers paradise that you will want to vist again and again, most of the tourist accidentally walk through the shop trying to get to the street but are soon distracted by the shops ambience.
I would recommend this place to anybody the staff are all freinds of mine and they are true professionals
so next time your in Windsor definatley come and visit Havana house.

Havana House 2011 Cruise
I would just like to say thank you for a wonderful evening we had at the Havana House Salsa and Flamenco Cigar Cruise on Wednesday. We all had a great time and found the evening very entertaining and look forward to any future events Just a suggestion would it be possible to have any future events on a Friday evening, as this would enable me to have a drink and book a room at one of the hotels and make a weekend of it. You were right, of course. It is two buildings, but my wife didnt know.
As soon as she asked in the other building, the parcel were waiting for her just as you said in your mail.
The parcel has now arrived, and is safe with my wife.

It’s rare to find good customer service these days and I was delighted to find not only good, but exceptional service when I visited your store last week. I was looking for a selection of cigars for my husband’s 40th and knowing nothing about cigars I was so pleased with all the help, advice and recommendations I received from a very friendly young lady working there. She was more than helpful, packaged the cigars beautifully ready to present to my husband and threw in some cigar matches and a sample pack of small Montecristo’s which she said my husband could enjoy as a short smoke during the day. She gave me a business card and told me I can order online, which is exactly the reason I am on your website today.

I had some friends come over who love cigars. I was complaining about the fact that there was no where to smoke, John suggested why not bring them over here and we will hold a private evening for you.
We smoked plenty of cigars and had some good conversation.
