Davidoff to release new ‘702’ line

Davidoff cigars is the go-to choice for many cigar aficionados, and when you light up one of their stogie’s and take your first puff you will experience the flavours and aroma that have become much loved by the cigar community.

Davidoff cigars are known for their mild characteristics whilst not lacking any potency in flavour and are always a much-loved smoke, from the most distinguished aficionado to the cigar newbie.

In February, the Davidoff cigar company will formally release seven cigars in some of their most adored sizes under the ‘702’ name.  The cigars will be offered in boxes of 20 in conjunction with soft boxes consisting of four and five sticks. These magnificent stogie’s will be made from an Ecuadorian wrapper from the famed ‘702’ seed and will provide a delightful twist on the companies much loved iconic blends.

Five sizes will be offered internationally: Entreacto (3 1/2 x 43, £9.50), No. 2 (6 x 38, £18), 2000 (5 1/16 x 43, £13.50), Special R (4 7/8 x 50, £18) and No. 3 (6 x 50, £22.50).

Davidoff Winston Churchill – The Aristocrat Cigar

The cigar uses an Ecuadorian sun-grown wrapper with binder tobaccos from the Dominican Republic and filler leaves from Nicaragua, making for a beautifully complex cigar. It is an oily cigar, very smooth to touch like satin. In the beginning the flavour resembles toasted almonds with other notes of oak and earth moving towards vanilla as you get down the cigar, finishing off with a delicious creaminess.


Davidoff Yamasa Robusto Cigar

The new Davidoff Yamasa Robusto has been 20 years in the making and it all started with Master Blender Henke Kelner’s dream to turn the Yamasa region into a successful tobacco-growing field.

His experts relentlessly nurtured and cultivated the soil and despite the stubborn efforts of the soil, which was reluctant to change, the hard work paid off with this exquisite cigar. Each tobacco plant is hand fed nitrate and calcium. The new cigar does not feature Yamasa tobacco alone, with the blend featuring many tobacco from across the Dominican as well as Nicaragua.


Davidoff Escurio Gran Toro Cigar

The Davidoff Escurio Gran Toro Cigar is a beautiful cigar that journeys into new stimulations and sensations. Each Escurio cigar mixes the Cubra leaves and the dark Brazilian Mata Fina leaf pulsating at the heart of this original blend of tobaccos. Dominican filler tobaccos and a Habano Seed Ecuadorian wrapper add a beautiful balance to this unique cigar.
