£1,750.00
A very impressive bottle of Macallan, independently bottled up by Douglas Laing for the Xtra Old Particular series. The Speysider was distilled in 1989 and left to mature in a single refill hogshead. Three whole decades passed, and in May 2019 the single malt was bottled at cask strength, weighing in at 53.5% ABV. The cask yielded just 249 hand-filled bottles, complete with glass stopper decanter, wooden presentation case and even a certificate of authenticity.
