After 15 years of maturation, the Panamanian rum from Malecon have developed a flavour profile rich in toffee, festive spices and crushed walnut. Excellent stuff from this brand, which takes plenty of inspiration from Cuban rum production methods. Oily walnut, chocolate sauce, ground cinnamon and clove, salted caramel and a hint of mango.

This also comes with a miniature bottle (5cl) of Malecon 21 a 21 year old Panamanian rum from the Malecon range, made with inspiration from Cuban production methods. After its lengthy maturation, this one has developed a flavour profile packed with oak, tobacco, cooked fruit and chocolate.
