Released in 2013, this unpeated Indian Single Malt from Paul John Distillers offers a fruity whisky with a creamy texture. The whisky is made using barley grown in the foothills of the Himalayas and is distilled and matured in Goa. Brilliance is left to mature for 3-5 years in Bourbon barrels and is then bottled at cask strength. It presents notes of caramel, chocolate and orange.
