Externally the cigar has a dark brown band with red reflections, rough to the touch. Optimal construction and raw draft. The Maturo is cigar with a generous filler, made from a short filler of Kentucky tobacco (coming from Verona and Val di Chiana) and North American, wrapped in a North American band. Prelight gives aromas of ripe fruit and wood but also delicate peppery components with hints of hazelnut and toasting these intensify when smoked.
