Elijah Craig Straight Rye Kentucky Whiskey (70cl / 47%)

Elijah Craig helped pioneer the use of new charred oak barrels for ageing whiskey, a method that would go on to define the industry. That same approach is used for the producer’s first extra-aged Kentucky straight rye, made with a mashbill of 51% rye, 35% corn, and 14% barley. The result is a whiskey with flavours of honeycomb, black pepper, dark chocolate, and a touch of cinnamon.
