Montecristo Supremos Cigar (2019 Limited Edition) – Single

Introduced earlier this year at the Habanos Festival, the new cigar will ship in special yellow boxes of 25 cigars bearing the Montecristo logo. With its heavy 55 ring gauge, the Supremos is one of the thickest Montecristos ever commercially produced. The size is known in Cuban factories as a Montesco (the same dimensions as a Romeo y Julieta Wide Churchill).

Although the cigar just made its debut, it will probably be many more months before Habanos ships them in any quantity to its global retail outlets.

This isn’t the first time an Edicion Limitada was unveiled in Italy. The Romeo y Julieta Capuletos Edicion Limitada for 2016 had its release party in Verona.

Montecristo is the largest-selling Cuban brand, with the No. 4 as Montecristo’s best-selling size. The brand is best known for its iconic No. 2, a torpedo-shaped cigar that is highly sought after by connoisseurs around the world and was named the 2013 Cigar of the Year.
