This complex expression is an intricate blend of classic unpeated Tomintoul and rare peated malts, all of which have been either fully matured or finished in hand-selected Oloroso sherry butts from Andalusia. On the nose, it offers bold aromas of dried fruits, pecan pie, and a delicate hint of peat smoke. The palate is velvety and sweet, featuring layers of chocolate-covered raisins, butter toffee, and brambles, balanced by black pepper and smoky oak spices. It concludes with a long, warming finish of mocha and maple syrup.
