Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey offers a rich, indulgent expression of twice-barreled craftsmanship. Aged first in traditional charred oak barrels, it is then matured again in a second barrel that is deeply toasted and lightly charred, enhancing its signature sweet oak character. Bottled at 90.4 proof (43.2% ABV), it displays a deep amber colour with aromas of dark fruit, caramel, honey, chocolate, marzipan, and toasted oak. The palate is full-bodied, revealing vanilla, dark caramel, hazelnut, apple, fruit, and warming spice, finishing long and creamy with lingering notes of honeyed apple and soft oak sweetness.
