After being introduced at the iconic Habanos Festival in December 2016, the newest Cohiba cigar has finally arrived at Havana House.
Cigars are rich in their history, offering a whole range of wonderful and weird facts and stories, tales, and anecdotes along the way. The smoking of cigars has been prevalent for thousands of years, so you would expect to find some interesting and often surprising details that come with the popular hobby for so many.

More than 100 years after the shop first opened it’s doors to the public, Havana House acquired the traditional tobacconist that was formally known as Frederick Tranter’s Bath. The small shop is located in the centre of the historic town of Bath, near Abbey Green. Kelvin, the personable manger of the store will be only too pleased to aid your purchasing decisions. Whether you are a cigar aficionado, whisky enthusiast or a cloud chasing vaper.
Smoking Laws around the world vary hugely, but in London, smoking in enclosed public places is banned – so where can you enjoy a cigar in civilised surroundings?
Since the total ban on smoking in all enclosed public places was introduced in England in 2007 some of London’s finest hotels have been seeking to solve this problem. Many have looked to create comfortable areas which comply with legislation and allow cigar aficionados to enjoy a stress-free cigar in comfort and, with difficulty given the UK climate, in warmth.
