History of Jas Sum Kral Cigars

Jas Sum Kral (JSK) is very much a 21st-century cigar brand which aims to offer something different. JSK was founded by cigar smoker Riste Ristevski and the name speaks to his Macedonian roots, translating to “I am King”. However, the brand is very much Nicaraguan, having been produced exclusively in the country since its inception with Riste’s input.

As an outsider, JSK has built a reputation for challenging the status quo with both its marketing and cigar blends. While some of the flavours attract a lot of attention online, many would say the cigars themselves back up the hype, with long-filler Nicaraguan tobaccos offering complex and deep smoking experiences.
