History of Zino Cigars

Zino is part of the iconic Davidoff brand and is named after its iconic founder. One of the cigar industry’s legendary figures, Zino Davidoff embodied the spirit of adventure that brings so many of us into the wide world of premium cigars, making a name for himself by designing unique flavour experiences for the global market.

After the early success of Davidoff, the company branched out to produce other cigars under different brands, one of them being Zino.

Launched in the 1970s, Zino was marketed as a more adventurous alternative to the classically smooth and light Davidoff range. This made it a big brand in America at a time when embargoes on Cuban products were introduced.
