Most Torpedo cigars are known for their good draw and slow burn. Whilst it is certainly not a costly cigar, the Juliany Torpedo cigar lives up to the expectional torpedo standard. The tobacco has been grown in the Dominican Republic and is quite mild, although very flavoursome. The long filler is bound together with Corojo wrapper and is possibly the best value cigar in the UK. We offer a range of different cigars made by Juliany such as the Chisel Extra.

The Juliany Torpedo was not as enjoyable as I had hoped it would be. That said it was a perfectly reasonable smoke that perhaps didn’t suit my taste.
It lit well but immediately I found the draw far too easy, a little like drawing through a thick straw. Initial flavour was a little harsh but then became easier and more enjoyable as it burnt down.
Peppery flavours earthy with some spices.
Overall I was disappointed because for me I like some resistance in the draw which adds to my enjoyment.
